No. Work finishes in the browser. Anonymous page counts may go to the product panel; the image does not.
Will iPhone HEIC open?
Yes. If the browser cannot read it, this tab converts it to JPEG. Nothing is uploaded. If it still fails, share as JPEG from the phone.
How small will it get?
The quality slider and longest-edge cap decide. PNG keeps transparency. The preview shows KB and pixels.
Is location really gone?
Yes. A file re-saved from a canvas has no EXIF. The old file stays on the phone.
Does it cost money?
No. There is no account either.
GIF or SVG?
Only the first frame of a GIF is used. If SVG will not open, try JPEG or PNG.
